OUR PROPERTIES AND SERVICES

We operate large properties in the Christchurch and Bournemouth area. All of the properties are owned or exclusively operated by us, so there are no middle men or agency fees involved. We look after all the aspects of the properties from maintenance, refurbishment and management. 

 

Our small but friendly team prides ourselves in being always contactable during your stay and making sure everything goes smoothly. We are always happy to answer questions about the local area or help you have a wonderful weekend in whatever way we can. We understand that every group is different and we are extremely customer focused. If you need to borrow cocktail glasses, high chairs, cots or need particular kitchen equipment, we are happy to make sure you've got everything you need for your stay. Items we have been asked to purchase are toothbrushes and lemon squeezers amongst others!

Once you have booked with us, we will give you a password to the property's V.I.P section (currently under maintenance) where you can view manuals and more detailed information about the house. We try and organise details and contractual paperwork well before arrival, so you can concentrate on having fund rather than admin. We  also offer individual payments so that the group leader does not need to collect funds.

Our team has many years of experience in catering for large groups and organising weekends - we've seen it all (or so we think!). So we are well equipped to help you with anything you need. We also offer brilliant packages that include fab activities such as private spa days, champagne tasting, afternoon teas and more! All our providers are people that we know, recommend and work with regularly.
