Bournemout Boutique is our largest and most popular property situated in a lovely tree-lined avenue in the Southbourne area of Bournemouth. It has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, a very spacious lounge/dining area as well as a well-equipped kitchen, conservatory and a good size back garden. It's a short walk from the award winning Bournemouth beach and a 8-10 minute taxi ride to the bustling Bournemouth Town Centre. This 1920's refurbished period house features a lovely 4-man bath and a sauna!

In addition to all of the above Bournemouth Boutique has its own minispa, which features a Finnish wood burning sauna, emerald granite steam room and a jacuzzi of course! Please see more details of the house below and please note that use of the spa facilities comes at an extra charge and is not included in the indicative price below. Our spa packages always include the facilities and offer the best value for large groups.

ACCESS

Plenty of parking at the front drive and can be driven right to the front door.

There is a step to the front door but ramp can be provided upon request. Downstairs there are 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a toilet - there is step free access to the garden and spa and the spa facilities.
