As indicated when booking, we require all members of the group to sign the license to occupy and provide proof of indetification.

Please have either your driving licence or passport ready as it will ask you to provide a photo to validate the contract. All information provided to us is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and we are a registered database. 

 

We are obliged to record this information from every guest and ensure that the property is used (by all persons, at all times) in accordance with the contractual terms. As the potential for antisocial behaviour related issues with large groups is high it would be irresponsible for us to allow use of the property to any group without this information in place. We do this electronically so as not to waste either your or our time on the day of arrival as doing this conventionally by paper as it is an arduous task for a group as large as yours.
